Otkazani tjedan vjenčane mode u New Yorku bio je planiran za dane pred nama. Za dane u kojima bi brojni zaljubljenici u vjenčanu modu s nestrpljenjem očekivali dizajnerske revije, live prijenose i chatove, Insta priče i IGTV novitete... S nestrpljenjem bi čekali pogled u vjenčanu modu koja bi odredila, dala skicu izgleda mladenki u proljeće 2021. Na žalost, ove godine tjedan vjenčane mode, kako ovaj u NY tako i onaj u Barceloni su otkazani. Razlog je pandemija koronavirusom. I dok smo s nestrpljenjem očekivali moguće virtulane revije, čini se većina dizajnera je odustala od predstavljanja novih kolekcija iz sasvim očitih razloga. Još nije jasno kakve će posljedice ostaviti gubitak ove modne sezone i da li će se proljetne revije pripojiti onim jesenskim. Na modnom svijetu je da donese odluke a na nama da uložimo strpljenje i pričekamo. A kako bi nam čekanje bilo manje tužno odlučili smo zaviriti u svijet modnih kolekcija čiji su modeli nedavno slobodno prošetali po pistama tjedana mode. Ne, to nisu vjenčanice, ali su modeli haljina i svečanih odijela koji se savršeno uklapaju u ideju vjenčane mode. Dio su uglavnom dizajnerskih kolekcija za jesen 2020. i u sebi spajaju savršen omjer visoke i vjenčane mode. Jer mladenke nove dekade probijaju klasične modne okvire i očekivanja, biraju modu koja ističu njihovu osobnost, rado koketiraju s ready-to-wear modelima, detaljima, smjelim kombinacijama. I dok je sudbina vjenčanja u 2020. i dalje je neizvjesna mi smo sigurni da će buduće mladenke iskoristiti prvu priliku i zabljesnuti, u vjenčanici ili ne, manje je važno. Zato vam donosimo galeriju fotografija modela u kojima su nas oduševile mašne, rukavi, remenje, naglašeni volumen, mašne, rese, detalji poput mini velova... a vas pozivamo da se inspirirate i ne odustanete od mode!
